Smoked Bacon Wrapped Meatloaf w/cheese potato's

Great looking loaf. Now I know why my potatoes didn't turn out just right;next time they will. How did you " Dial in" the smoker for the 275 temp. Water pan or clay saucer? Minion method? How many lit coals did you start with?

I've seen many a fattie cooked on here. Have yet to try it myself but is got to be up there on the list. Nice looking loaf.
