I'm sure my neighbors are having a time. I've got the WSM going with a 8 pound turkey breast for the party at work tommorow. Hickory wood on 2 chimneys of Kingsford.
In my horizontal offset, I have a fire going in the main chamber and hamburgers and pork chops going there.
Man! It sure smells good in my culdesac.
