Baby Backs on at 12:30 PM. Beautiful 70* day in the Pacific Northwest. Jealous Devil, 1/2 pan of warm water, 240*. Jonz1 Pork Dry Rub on one rack, Janice’s Concoction on the other rack. Not planning on wrapping. Water pan lined with foil for easy clean up. Water will be gone at end of first few hours, so shovel ash into the foil and into the trash tomorrow. Easy cleanup. Hope your BBQ’s and Smokes are awesome this weekend, and let’s not forgot those who lost their lives fighting for our freedom! Enjoy your Memorial Day Weekend!
