Smoke and Spice

Looking to try something different. Have not used my Smoke and Spice book much and would like to try some recipes from it. What is your favorite Smoke and Spice Recipe?

I haven't used mine as much as I would like either. I get most of my plans from here. I do use the Wild Willy's rub on page 26. The recipe makes a lot so it lasts me several cooks. I use it on pork butt and ribs.

I like the Dallas Dandy Brisket and The better than Storebought Smokey Bacon Horseradish Dip.

I really like the Ain't Your Momma's Meatloaf recipe. It's really good! The brisket hash is really good too.

I would agree with Brian, the meatloaf is very good.
