We had 4 beautiful racks of baby backs. Nice and meaty . Opened the packs on Saturday morning and all 4 were bad. Oh that smell. Scramble to find a replacement and ended up with 2 briskets from Shop rite. The only ribs I could find were all frozen. The briskets finished nice but was all set for ribs.
Saved the day now we have to get more ribs
