Slices of brisket

I went to the store this morning (Stop & Shop for those in the area) and bought two packages of decent looking real beef ribs some of which are smoking now. There I noticed packages labeled "brisket short ribs",not ribs at all of couse, but slices of brisket looking much like the chuck short ribs in the cooking section. They look like slices of brisket flat. Just wondering, before I look at the recipes inside the tray (do I dare) if the geniuses on this board think these pieces of brisket can be cooked in the same way as Chris A outlines for chuck short ribs. A lollipop will be sent to the first respondent who makes any sense what so ever. Let me know what flavor you like.

No genius by any stretch, however I would think real low n slow like 200 and foil to finish or Sous vide perhaps. Interesting though, will be watching for the pro's input.
