I did 3 seasonings with the least amount of " seasoning oil " I could which only changed the colour slightly.
I used lots of Avocado oil after that and 5 pounds of crappy onions and fried those moderatley until they were mostly burned.....then wiped it down.
Then I did up a pound of bacon.....it went from steel colour to very dark in a matter of about 4 or 5 hours.........
Its beauty now eh?
