I may have jinxed my favourite college team by raising their flag yesterday... they lost today in OT by 7 
nonetheless, one has to eet. fired up the OTGiant with Kingsford in the friday night light.
with apple wood smokin' away, these chicken thighs were marinated in WICKER'S overnight...
...then dipped in and rolled in ANDY'S SEASONING...
...then dusted with SALT-FREE ARIZONA DREAMING
not long before these beauties were ready to eet...
...so we did,
with roasted cauliflower and carnival squash with....
skillet Yukons....
...and a cold brew. This was very tasty!
