Simple Game Day Grub

After a weekend of cooking I didn't feel like doing much.

Took leftover ribeye, cubed it up and mixed with 50/50 Reverend Marvins Hot and Sweet Baby Rays and simmered for a bit.

Then sliced up a Bold 'Spicy' Fatty with guyerre and garlic Boars Head Pickle cubes.

Good beer food!

Larry you just don't stop do you, you're a cooking fool (and I mean this in a good way)! My 49ers are getting creamed by the Boys right now, thinking about opening the case of Sam Adams Winter Sampler and making myself a brisket sandwich but then I see this and DAMN!

EDIT: Screw the sandwich, BRISKET NACHOS!! Now that's the ticket!
