Silicone grommet question

I'm sure this has been asked here before but I can not find it. In what year did Weber start including the silicone grommet for the thermometer on it's smokers? I just sold a 22.5" new on Craigslist and realized after that it did not include that.

Weber began using the grommet with the 2014 model cookers. Some "new" cookers may not have the grommet because they are actually late 2013 models, I assume once all the inventory of older models is exhausted then only those with the grommet will be available.
