Shreveport: Ark-La-Tex Ambassadors competition

This weekend (April 25-26) Shreveport LA is hosting this National BBQ Festival sanctioned event. Have not seen much press for it.

I plan to go visit Saturday afternoon to check out the rigs, eat some food, and listen to the bluegrass band. Hope they get a decent crowd.
