This is the funniest looking thing I've ever cooked. 10Lb packer coated w/Armadillo Willy's. Going on the WSM in about 30 minutes. Looks like a modern art painting to me.

4 small chunks hickory 3 small chunks mesquite

Vernon, Do you mean the first brisket of the night or the first brisket ever? Never cooked one myself, but it's on my "to do" list. Good luck if it's your first attempt. Let us know how it went.

Hi Vernon,

No it's a pretty old Henckel. Back before they sold the company and started using the pressed handles and cheaper tangs.

Thanks for asking. I'm kind of proud of it. Been using her for 15 years this Xmas eve.
