Should i be concerned


 
Hi, did you hear back from Weber? I had the exactly same problem. I reached out to Weber and they suggested using a new auger. Installed the new auger and the same results as you are having again. I reached out again to Weber and they had no solution for this problem. Just told me to clean it more.
Well he got back to me and I sent them a video of the issue with the replacemebt auger they sent me. He told me they have their 100 day money back but he said he was reaching up to the higher ups to see when they can do. My 2 neighbors have a gen 1 and gen 2 and both don't have this issue
 
Well the follow up from Weber was we can get your money back and pick up the grill since it's so new or just clean it. It's considered normal operation
