Short ribs on sale

My wife picked up some nice short ribs the other day.
The local QFC grocery store has nice meaty short ribs on sale for $5.45 per pound.
We went back yesterday after they restocked them and picked up another 6 packages.
We left a few packages so not to clean them out.

I looked at a few instant pot YouTube vids and blended them into one that I thought would work for me.
Mine had, seared meat, onions, carrots, celery, mushrooms, soy, wine, tomato paste, garlic, worstishire, rosemar, thyme, brown sugar, root bee and the other parts of the kitchen sink/spice rack.
I put it in for 50 minutes and let it depressurize itself then ran the juice through a strainer then a fat separator.
It turned out great.
If I had one critque it would be that the thick rubbery membrane next to the bone was a hassle.
I need to figure that out because this was not my first time being disappointed with that.
All in all a good cook.
When the weather is nicer I will toss some on the Weber.

Nice. I don't have an Instapot I believe more in the old fashioned way. I use a stove top pressure cooker. But it is one of my favs way to cook them,
