Hello Everyone. New to this forum..obviously. Just got my first smoker, the bullet. First time smoker, so looking for some good advice throughout this forum. Got a used 18.5 smokey mountain off of craigslist. Really nice shape. Seems top be an older model without the thermometer on the lid.

Excited to start smoking.

Jim, I m good. Im from Wisconsin myself, born and mostly raised in Milwaukee and Manitowoc. Still trying to get over that Packer loss, hoping some smoked meats will help !

Did my first smoke on SuperBowl Sunday. 3 Racks of baby backs, turned out superb. I was really pleased with how well the WSM held that 225-235 temperature for hours. Very happy.

Smoked chicken next i think.
