So I decided to smoke some wings , then do a splatchcock chicken. I put the wings on for Smokeboost ,but the SF had a mind of it's own. It kept going up to 400 ! I actually shut it down and then it did it again. On the third try it ran perfect at 180. I then shut it down and put the chicken on am hour later. Set it at 350 and ot ran perfectly. Any idea what caused this ??

My guess would be a controller glitch. When you shut down, do you unplug it for a minute?
