Second Smoke: Basic Barbecue Chicken

Tonight we wanted to try the Basic Barbecue Chicken recipe, and it went PERFECT! We only smoked 1 chicken, and in 1 hour, it was cooked to perfection. The dry rub was delicious, and now I just need to perfect the skin crisping.

I'm hooked!
