I just got the Maverick 732 and installed a lamp pipe mod…it is very sweet…Maverick is awesome…I have the 22.5 WSM humming along between 280 and 300 degrees. I didn't use a water pan this time just to see the difference from using water the first smoke. I will pull the chickens off at 163 degrees then tent to get the temp to 165 degrees. Used the minion method with one chunck of apple wood btw how do I post pictures?
