Click to expand... The secret is adding pasta water to the sauce and then adding the pasta to the sauce pan when Al dente to then finish the pasta cook in the sauce. This method is flawless and works every time. This was 3/4 cup of pasta water into the sauce and then raise the sauce temp to before bubbling.
