Hi. I'm Chris from Houston. Been grilling a long time and last year finally got my first real grill, a genesis ep 330 and love it. Getting ready to ditch my Old Smokey for a WSM.

Lurked for the last few months after longing thru amazing ribs. Learning a lot. Thanks to all for that.
