The wife and I were craving some pork but needed to do something easy and quick. So we decided on a little comfort food with center loin chops. It sure was tasty eating off the bone. Good way to start off the week.
2 for 1 pork chops at Von's - could not pass it up. Seasoned with EVOO, S&P, and Bone Suckin Sauce Rub
Decided to do some oven crisp, thin cut red potatoes...they always brown and come out so good.....
