Saucy Burger (with Scotch)

Saucy Burger

1 lb. ground chuck
1 garlic clove, minced
1 TB. soy sauce
1 to 2 TB. Sriracha Sauce
2 tsp. Scotch, bourbon or sherry
2 TB. ketchup
3 or 4 hamburger buns, split and toasted
onions, tomato, lettuce, as desired

Combine chuck, garlic, soy, sriracha, Scotch and ketchup. Form into 3 or 4 patties. Broil or grill over medium-hot coals about 8 minutes. Because there is so much liquid in seasonings, patties fall apart easily, so cook on 1 side only.
