sauce?

Do most of the people here mix their sauce with their meat and than serve, or let each individual mix their own sauce? To me it taste better without mixing a sauce altogether, put the pulled pork on a bun and put your own amount of sauce on top of meat. what say you? thanks terp
 
I let each person add their own sauce and the amount they want on it. I'm with you as I think they taste better done that way.

There is no right answer.

I serve sauce on the side but if you survey the famous BBQ restuarants in NC, you find it served both ways on pulled pork.
 
I think the BBQ tastes so good without any sauce I rarely put it on.

It's on the table when we eat, but few ever use it.
