Nothing special here, just did a couple of chickens on Saturday. Second cook and it went very well!
Coated them with EVOO, a lemon & herb spice mix and a bit of S&P. Smoked with a large pouch of apple chips and one small piece of hickory.
This was about an hour & half in, as temp was about 140'ish.
Turned out great. Not too smokey and very moist. Loving this WSM cooker!
Sorry, didn't get any plated pics. But I have left overs for lunch at work today!
