Saturday Salmon & Shrimp Dinner

Nuthin' fancy.

Skinless Atlantic Salmon fillets; a light rubbing w/ canola oil then sprinkled with Organic's brand Cajun Seasoning
Shrimp; a bit of butter and a dusting of Old Bay
Couscous; some onion and garlic powder then cooked with chicken broth
Grilled green beans; Santa Fe Oil Company's olive oil and green chile infusion
Sourdough bread

The salmon and shrimp got a nice hot sear on my trusty old Vermont Castings 3-burner grill. Juicy and succulent.

Shrimp lovers know that when the shrimp count in the freezer gets down to 300, it's time to PANIC!!!! :love:
