I?m looking for some suggestions. Me and a bunch of my friends dragrace. We typically spend the whole weekend away in our motor homes. We all love BBQ but the hectic pace and schedule doesn?t allow any of us the time to dedicate to the smoker. I?m looking for some ideas/recipes on different things we can either do in advance or with little watching over. I love brisket and chopped beef. I?m thinking about cooking a brisket a day or two before. Then chopping it up and putting it in the crock-pot to warm over sauce. That way it will be ready whenever we get the time.
