Sam's Ribs

I went to the local Sam's here in Sugar Land, Tx yesterday to pick up some baby back ribs. Normally they have both the BB's and spare ribs. Yesterday all they had were "pork spare ribs brisket bone off". They were $2.27 a 1bs. which seemed like a good price.

Will the cook time w/o the brisket bone be about 5 hours, similar to the BB's or 6-7 hours similar to spares?

Has anyone seen ribs like this at Sam's before?

I buy my spares almost always from Sam's and Doug is correct on the time except ime it is closer to the 7 hour mark, without foil. I use foil at the 4 hour mark for 45 minutes and then finish without foil till they pass the tear/toothpick test. Speeds up the cook some and gives a tender, but not mushy rib.

I also cook around 7 hours for spares but I tend to go longer than 1 hour in foil. The spares up this way tend to be a bit meaty, to the point they don’t easily fit in a Weber rib rack so that may be part of my problem. No brisket bone on the spares here either.
