I was in Austin on business this week. Stopped for a Salt Lick Taco in the airport. Man those were good!
Tonight I thawed some PP and made up a basic sauce, dropped it on a soft shell with splinters of sweet pepper. Wow! whole new way of eating PP.
Anyone know what the sauce is at Salt Lick? It wasn't red base whatever it was.
