Last two slabs of st lois ribs ( from aldi) turned out rubbery. Did pretty much 3 2 1 at 250-275 degrees. Would you say these were undercooked?? Maybe just a batch of bad ribs? Usually my baby backs come out real tender. Am i missing something here? Cooked them on my kettle. Thanks. This is the second rubbery slab Good pull back on bones
