Rub vs no rub

How many of you use a rub after brining vs no rub? Curious about opinions on this. Thanks

I make a compound butter with said rub and fresh herbs and work that under the skin. Than brush the bird with veg oil and give it a light dusting of rub.

Lately I've been salting turkey, then brushing with melted butter, sprinkling with S&P. Simple, simple...in the past, I've brined, then no rub.

I will brine and use a low/no salt rub

Me too! I might go a little heavier with the rub on the skin but it's more for appearance. I love the compound butter injected as well.
