Royal Oak Hickory?!


 
It's okay. Buy it if it's on sale, but otherwise I wouldn't pay the premium price.
Ro is normally made with Hickory. This is just the ridge with slivers of Hickory added in.
IMO it adds nothing but a hint of Hickory during start up.
 
That's cheap compared to B&B and Kingsford Professional. I have never used Royal Oak at all. How do they compare to my two go-to's?
Just try a bag and see what you think. One thing I learned from RO reviews on this board is some love it or hate it.
They change formulas from state to state or different regions.
