Rotisserie with Slow and Sear

It seems to me that someone has posted a thread about using a slow and sear with a rotisserie but, I can’t find it!
I was gifted a Slow and Sear for my birthday and am trying to decide what the initial cook will be with it, spinning or longer indirect, anyone have an opinion?

That was a silly question! I know there will be opinions galore form you folks!!😁
 
Hey Eric, the handles from Cajun bandit came this morning! I’ll install them and let you know but, I think they will be really handy!

I've done a couple of pork loin roasts with the Cajun Bandit Roti & the SnS. I like being able to catch drippings to add to the gravy.
