Hi All,

It's been a long time. I recently had to downgrade to a Weber E220 2 burner gas grill where the burners go north and south. Any tips on how to properly use a rotisserie with this setup. I'm dying for a cook jerk chicken!

What I do is put the cook over one burner and depending on what you're cooking, you brown your cook direct. This is usually done in a half hour or less (sometimes a lot less) You then turn off the burner your cook is over, and turn on the burner that it's not over, to finish the cook indirect

Makes sense to me. Thanks!
