I've had one for about a year now and use it for spinning Tri-Tips, Roast, a small amount of flappers, etc. etc. This basket is all SS and built very well. If you're looking to buy a basket this is by far the one to buy. Also, their customer service is 5 star. The price has gone up since I purchased mine but I see they are sold out at this time so it's not stopping folks from buying one. If you have any questions don't hesitate to ask. I been looking for a basket. I want this or the 6 inch ezque cradle.

Do you think this can hold a 12 pound packer?

I just love cooking things on the roti.

It's to small for anything that big Joe. The basket is only about 8" wide. One more thing you should know Joe, the basket comes with one adjustable rack but I recommend you buy a second one, it really helps when centering your food.
