RO briquettes in my Stubbs ??

I bought some Stubbs on sale at lowes and on my second bag. I've used stubbs in the past and never saw this. The bag I'm on now I found (so far) 2 briquettes that look like Royal Oak Ridge charcoal. I thought Stubbs was made my Cowboy. The bag was never opened nor tampered with. Are these made by the same company or at the same factory?







The last time I used Stubbs I found this for extra smoke flavor.
