Haven’t cooked in 3 Months. Afraid I was going to be rusty. Cooked some Babybacks about 4 1/2 Hours. Made a Rib Glaze & they turned out pretty good

If you don't mind sharing what was the rib glaze? I'm not a huge fan of bbq sauce and always do dry ribs. But am always up for something different
I took Stubbs BBQ Sauce & mixed in some Honey & Cayenne then made a Vinegar Sauce & combined the 2. Turned out great
