anyone try stacking slabs on one another on the kettle and just rotate every half hour or so? looking to do 4 racks and dont want to use the wsm. dont have a rib rack either. will be doing them indirect. thanks
 
Corey, i have cooked ribs stacked, but only in the wsm not in a kettle. I do not see it being a problem cooking the ribs stacked in the kettle. I cook the ribs at 275-300 max. Rotate the ribs about every hr give or take on temp you are cooking at.
 
Roll 2 and lean 2 or roll 3 and lean 1 or if small enough roll 4

4 racks... looks like it's time for the Rib-O-Lator!

You know, even if there is no other advantage to having one other than being able to put four racks flat in a kettle, it's still worth it.
