Thanks to everybody for the help. made my best ribs yet. I used Tom Barineau's method for the coals, put one layer of k-ford on the bottom and made a bowl shape with the rest, put lit coals in the center, worked great! rolled some ribs and used racks for the others both ways turned out really good. Thanks again
