ribs in a rack on a OTS?

I'm going to smoke 4 racks of either slc or baby backs on a rib rack Saturday. I'm using the firebrick/minion method on the 22.5 OTS with a water pan over the coals. This is my first time doing more than one rack. How often should I rotate each rack to the front? How much longer -roughly- will it take to cook these bad boys up?
