Haha. Here in VA with teh wind chill, it's been in the teens which was crazy for trying to make a good steak! I could barely get my grill to stay at 500degrees.

That night was NOT the night to mess aroudn outside lighting charcoal. :p

But thanks for the kind words on both the steak and my pooch. :)
 
Dang why did I have to see this post at 2am?!... Won't be able to kill this steak craving till tomorrow afternoon now :mad:
