Ribeye on the CampMaid 4 in 1

Since the weather thwarted my original cook, I decided to try a ribeye. Loaded up the small chimney with KBB. This turns out to be the perfect amount of coals for the 4 in 1 coal holder. When I first dumped the coals into the holder it gave off some fumes from the paint and whatever else comes from the factory. I let that do its thing until there was no more weird smoke. Seasoned a rib eye with Henderson's relish and cracked black pepper. That was it nothing else. Cooked to medium rare. Learned that my "Stainless" tongs aren't really stainless. At least according to the magnet in the instant read therm.

As you can see one nice steak is about all you can grill at a time. You could get 2-3 burgers or a pack of hot dogs on there if you wanted.
