I have been using the BRITU recepie on this site, and am looking for something else to try. I would like something with a little more 'heat' in it, but not overwhelming. Any suggestions?
 
Here is one, what to keep in mind as far a heat goes you have total control by using more or hotter peppers in any recipe you try.
Ingredients:
• 3 fat garlic cloves, peeled
• 1 Tbs kosher salt
• 1 Tbs black mustard seeds*
• 12 juniper berries*
• 1 Tbs coarsely ground black peppercorns
• 3 Tbs brown sugar
• 3 Tbs cider vinegar
• 3 Tbs peanut oil
• 2 tsp ground hot pepper (I use chipotle*) - this will make the ribs spicy; add more or less to taste
