Rib Racks

I'm doing three slabs of ribs (spare) today using rib racks. I cut them in half and put three on the top grate and three on the bottom grate. Do I need to flip the ribs in the racks or just rotate the racks from the top to the bottom and vice versa??

You can just rotate the rib racks from top to bottom and bottom to top.
