Rib Question

Well, I'm attempting my first WSM smoking session with BRITU ribs. 2hr 15 mins into and everything is going smoothly, almost too smoothly.

I'm curious, I'm smoking the ribs flat on the grate bone side down. Do I need to turn these over? In the past I have always turned them over 1/2 way through, but I jsut wanted some expert advice. thanks for the help.

I don't flip them over, but I do sort of "rotate" them for even cooking. Middle ones to the outside, outside to the middle, that sort of thing.
