Replacement tubes for 2008 Weber Genesis

I am getting yellow flames and a lot of soot from my 2008 genesis and decided to replace the tubes since cleaning up the original tubes hasn't worked. Doing some searching online, Amazon says that I need different tubes for 2008 models vs 2007 models, but other sites say that it's the same tubes from 2007 - 2010.

The 2007 tubes are $15 cheaper and have free shipping. Anyone know if there is really a difference?

Before you condemn them make sure the spider guards are cleaned, use a clean grill wire brush and thoroughly brush the holes clean and then thoroughly flush the burner tubes out with soap and water. If you can get a long thin bottle brush up in there. Blow them dry with compressed air and reinstall. If necessary adjust the air shutters for a proper flame pattern. I seriously doubt the burners (tubes) are bad
