Replacement flavorizer bar question

Both vendors have been recommended here:

  1. Craigslist guy from Burlingame, CA: 304ss & 16 gauge;
  2. RiverEdge Guy on Amazon: 430ss, 16 gauge.

Googling said that 304 is better than 430, but will I live long enough to see the difference?

Thoughts?

The RCPlanebuyer bars will cost you more. I am not sure, but probably about twice as much with shipping. But, there probably isn't a higher quality set made. They are true 304 Stainless and 16 ga.

As far as 304 vs 430 in my opinion the 304 is significantly better. Those 304 flavorizors would likely last several decades. The 430 significantly less but still probably 10 years or more. That's strictly educated guesses on my part.
