Replacement Dome Thermometer for Weber Genesis E310

I would like to replace 10+ y.o. OEM thermometer in my Genesis E310. Am considering Tel-Tru brand. I do not want to have to enlarge the current stem hole. Any advice on a replacement thermometer that does not require drilling out the hole? I recently replaced the OEM thermometer on my WSM with a Tel-Tru BQ225 which fits nicely over the bezel and did not require any drilling. The current Genesis dial is larger diameter than the WSM. I might have a Weber thermometer if you are interested. I cannot vouch for its accuracy however. It is also probably close to 10 years old.
