First time doing two butts, and second time doing an overnight smoke. These were just over 7lbs each and cook time was 15 1/2 hours. Based off the original recipe, I decided to flip two times. The first time I tried this recipe I flipped way too much and it took way too long, even though the results were amazing.

In order of pics: 9:00pm - 3:30am - 11:30am - 1:30pm

Regular KBB and this lasted me 13 hours! Added around 25 briquettes after that to finish me off.

That's great. My 18 peters out after about 10 hours @ 275°F. Hopefully you had a great time.
