Reheating Turkey

I want to brine smoke a turkey for a department holiday lunch. I wanted to do the smoking on a Saturday and serve on a Monday.

What can I do to ensure that the turkey will still be moist when I serve it?

You can reheat with chicken broth add, reheat at say 260? in a covered container or could do the same in a microwave at 80%.

But what would you forecast for re-heating time? If I'm remembering correctly, the time to re-heat a whole turkey (wrapped in foil) was a couple of hours.

Thanks for the help. What I was planning on doing was cutting the turkey up on Monday morning and then reheating.

I'll get some broth to cover.
