Reheating a precooked whole turkey

My sister in law ordered a complete thanksgiving meal from a high end caterer, but asked me to reheat the precooked whole turkey due to lack of oven space. The meal will be picked up from caterer the day before thanksgiving.

Here are my options:
Reheat in oven per caterer instructions
Pellet grill
WSK
Rotisserie on Vieluxe

Any suggestions?

Is it in a pan with foil top? If so, heat is heat.
Dunno yet but I figured it’s probably in disposable foil pan for convenience

I was thinking I could add smoke or crisp up skin… but will it improve the turkey and is it worth the trouble at this point?

I think the Vieluxe IR burner has enough clearance for a small bird - could also add chips to smoke burner

Then I would skip the oven and go with any of the last three options.
New territory for me as I never did one precooked before.

Turns out it is a meal from Whole Foods - they used to get from a small market but decided to switch this year

I may try to spin on Vieluxe if it will fit.
Will smoke enhance the taste if already precooked and what variety of smoking chips?

ThermoWorks just updated their app to address the RFX complaints too…

I'd be careful with adding smoke to an already cooked bird. It may already have a little smoke on it. I also don't know about smoke penetration on fully cooked protein either.

If you can do sous vide, I'd be tempted to quarter it up, vacuum pack it, and heat it up to 140 degrees. Very little risk of drying it out, or over cooking it either. Edit: Yes, you will lose the Norman Rockwell presentation.
